The role of the Installation Support Technician is to provide support the installation and servicing of fire-suppression hardware.
Providing technical support to the installer base
Auditing installations to ensure compliance standards
Performing domestic site surveys to assess optimal layout of hardware
Reviewing layout designs of others to ensure compliance standards
Assessing material quantities required at domestic installations
Performing hardware layout designing
Servicing hardware in the domestic residential setting
Provision of on-line, telephone and in-situ support to installers and end-usersRoot Cause Analysis of Field Failures
Familiarity with electro-mechanical products
Qualified Electrician (NICEIC registered Domestic Electrical Installer)
NVQ / SVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation work or C&G 2365 diploma
Full UK driving license and willing and able to travel widely within UK

Up to £30k basic plus sick pay, 33 days holiday, flexible working hours, office based with some site attendance, family leave
